Welcome to Voice Access

Dial the Telephone Banking phone number from any phone. After a brief introduction, you will be presented with a brief list of options. These options allow you to get your balance and account history on your accounts including Checking, Savings, CDs, IRAs and Loans. You can transfer your money between your accounts and even have a statement of your transactions faxed to your fax machine.

Using Voice Access is easy!

For example: To get your balance...

• Dial the Voice Access telephone number. After the introduction you can select Account Information by saying “Account Information” or by pressing 1 on the telephone keypad.
• Next select checking by saying “Checking” or by pressing 1 on the keypad.
• Enter your account number and PIN by speaking them into the telephone or enter your account number and PIN on the keypad. You will hear your account balance and additional options.
